Initial Contact
Start by emailing us, chatting with us online by clicking our Live Chat button, or by filling out our PCVInc Request Quote form.
Phone Consultation
Once we hear from you, our PCVInc team will talk with you on the phone to get a sense of your vision and your needs. We'll ask some questions about what you're looking for in a website, any steps you've taken so far, and then provide you with an initial assessment of your options.
Content Gathering
We'll work with you to gather images, text, links and logos that you want to be part of your new PCVInc created website.
Design
We'll incorporate your content and ideas into an initial draft of your site, and your dedicated designer will notify you when the initial draft is ready for your review. You'll be able to view and interact with your site in a test environment online.
Revision
After you've had a chance to review your new site, your dedicated designer will modify the site as you request. Each PCVInc package comes with one round of changes, but you can request additional changes if necessary.
Publish
Once you've approved your website, we'll help you publish it live on the web.
Changing the site once it's published:
Once your site is live, you can call us at any time with changes or additions. We offer low-cost maintenance plans that keep your site fresh and invigorated and which can significantly lower your costs on a month-by-month basis.
